Home Equity

Fixed Rate Home Equity Loan
2nd Lien Position Only1

If you already have a first mortgage but need to tap into the equity in your home to go on that dream vacation, make those major home renovations you've always wanted, purchase a new car, pay college tuition or so much more, a Home Equity Loan from Cross County Savings Bank may be just the right solution for you.  A Home Equity Loan from Cross County Savings Bank is secured by a second lien on your property.

Unlike a Home Equity Line of Credit, a Home Equity Loan does not have a draw feature.  It is a one-time loan that provides a lump sum of money you can use for whatever you want.  With our Home Equity Loan product, you'll repay the loan gradually over time, with fixed monthly payments.  With each payment, you pay a portion of the interest costs and a portion of your loan balance.
