Premier Business Money Market Account 

Rate Information: The interest rate and annual percentage yield correspond to the interest rate and annual percentage yield listed for the Business Premier Money Market account included on the rate chart. The interest rate and annual percentage yield may change. At our discretion, we may change the interest rate on the account daily. 

Compounding and Crediting: Interest will be compounded every day. Interest will be credited monthly. 

Accrual of Interest: Interest begins to accrue on the business day you make your deposit. 

Minimum Opening Balance: You must deposit $15,000.00 to open this account. 

Minimum Balance To Obtain The Annual Percentage Yield Disclosed: You must maintain a minimum balance of $15,000.00 in the account each day to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield. In the event that your daily account balance falls below $15,000.00, you will receive the then current annual percentage yield disclosed for the tier corresponding to the account balance listed for the consumer Premier Money Market account, provided that you maintain a minimum balance of $1.00 in the account each day. 

Daily Balance Computation Method: We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on your account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day. 

Transaction Limitations

The maximum number of covered transactions you can make is limited to no more than six (6) per statement period. 

If you have reached this limit, we may refuse to honor additional transactions or pay the item and impose an excessive activity fee. We count checks for purposes of the transaction limitation as of the date we post them to your account (not as of the date you write them). If these limits are exceeded three (3) consecutive times within a twelve (12) month period, we will, in our sole discretion: restrict your account access; or, transfer the funds in your account into another Cross County Savings Bank account you have (or that we open for you) that is not subject to these transaction limits, as will be further described in the notice that we will send concerning such excessive transaction activity; or, close your account and mail you a check for your balance, if any. 

The following is a list of covered transactions: 

  • Preauthorized transfers from your savings account. 
  • Telephone transfers or other electronic transmissions from your savings account. 
  • Online banking transfers or bill payment transfers from your savings account. 
  • Transfers by check, draft or debit/ATM card, if allowed on your savings account. 

The Bank reserves the right to require seven (7) days prior notice of withdrawal from this account. 

Account Statement: A statement will be mailed every month. 

Our Rights to Terminate Your Account: We may close your account at any time. We will notify you if we do so. We may refuse to pay any check presented to us for payment after our notice. We may mail you our check for the balance of the account. If your account has been inactive for at least ninety (90) consecutive days, we may close the account without notice to you. 

Account Fees: Refer to the fee schedule for fees that could reduce the balance in your account such as rolled coins and returned items. We may amend these terms and conditions at any time by mailing a notice to you or, if applicable law permits, by posting a notice in our branch locations. The change shall become effective thirty (30) days after we give you notice, unless applicable law requires longer notice.

Please refer to the Deposit Account Disclosures/All About Your Account(s) Terms and Conditions for a detailed explanation. The terms stated above only apply to the product identified above. To the extent that the terms stated above are inconsistent with the Deposit Account Disclosures/All About Your Account(s) Terms and Conditions, the terms stated above will prevail and supersede any inconsistent provision(s).
