Business Online Banking Coming Soon!

On October 10, 2019, we will be releasing a new Business Online Banking Platform and mobile application (app) to our Business Customers, which will offer added features, services and functionality.  The new platform will still support current services such as Bill Pay & E-Statements, and also introduce new features and services such as:

  • ACH Origination services - New!
  • Wire Transfer services - New!
  • QuickBooks® integration - New!
  • Multiple-Tin Transfer (the ability to transfer funds between linked accounts maintained at 
    our bank that are owned by separate companies that share a common principal) - New!

What does this mean to you?

The current online banking platform and mobile app for business customers only will be upgraded starting at 9:00am on October 8, 2019 and ending at 12:00pm on October 10, 2019. During this time, business customers will not have access to the online banking platform or mobile app. In addition, business customers will be unable to register as a new customer for Bill Pay services from 9:00am on October 3, 2019 to 12:00pm on October 10, 2019. Bill Pay payments will continue to be processed as scheduled during this time. 

What will happen after the upgrade?

You will receive several e-mails providing you with the new credentials to access the Business Online Banking Platform, as well as an e-mail containing the new terms and conditions1. You may access the Business Online Banking Platform through the current website. However, you will be required to download a new mobile app to access this service. 

What features and services will be automatically available after the upgrade? 

The current features, as well as Multiple-Tin Transfers and QuickBooks® Integration, will be automatically available. However, you must apply, qualify and sign an agreement in order to have access to the other functionality and services such as ACH origination & Wire Transfer services. 

How do you obtain and submit an application?

You can request an application by sending an email to ebanking@crosscounty.com. The completed and signed application, as well as supporting documents, and signed agreement must be submitted in-person to your local branch or the Business Online Banking Department located at 79-21 Metropolitan Avenue, Middle Village, NY 11379.
